I support good skin care (turn and reposition client), I assist with walking and transferring, R.O.M., observe the client's mental, physical, and emotional conditions. I document observed changes with the client. I remind the client of medication. I perform light housekeeping, meal preparation and clean up,change bed linens and make up client's bed.
