Hello, My name is Angelic Washington . I became a caregiver 10 years ago when my grandma was 84 years old and diagonoised with dementia . It was very hard for my grandpa to care for her alone. My mom and I took care of her until she passed away at 94 years old. During that time I also took care of another dementia patient for 5 years . Elizabeth was a part of my extended family .Her family treated me as their own . Her daughter was able to leave the home for 8 hours a day to work and know her mom was in the best care . I stayed with her until she passed away .

I have been trained by various Drs, nurses, hospice staff, CNAs, wound care specialists, and staff at The Rehab Institute of Chicago. I choose to learn and take everything I've learned to better my client's life, for as long as I can.
