I became a care giver about 9 years ago. I was the person in charge of my father when he was unable to move, to groom to prepare a meal or to do his shopping or simple daily needs, I was always there for him for 3 to 4 hours daily. I have also worked for a Community of Elders as an Office Manager, directly with our seniors getting involved in their financing, medical bills, their diets and nursing skills schedule and billing. I have learn so much, not only on my face to face communcation with them, but also caring for them on communicating with their families and prioritizing their needs.
