Hello my name is Angelina broadway I'm currently employed at Nebraska medicine . I'm a patient care tech. Patient care tech is a nurse assistant we help the nurses with order that doctors are giving like feeding them at meals giving baths transport Patients to MRI or X-Ray. I have 8 years of caregiving. I plan on continuing gaining my nursing experience and go back to school March 7th 2020 to get my RN . What attracted me to be a caregiver is being able to give back and help out being there when no one is available to support

I worked as a direct support professional for Mosaic for two and a half years. Unfortunately, the house where I was working closed down. I am currently the Admin Secretary for the Mosaic office, but I am missing the caregiving work that I did. I miss the interaction with my residents and I miss helping them. The best job I ever had was being a caregiver and I want to continue to do that. I am very kind and friendly. I am also a reliable and hard worker. In my current work, the thing I enjoy most is helping people to access the care they desperately need. My boyfriend is a caregiver, he has a gentleman who lives with him for care. Working with Sammy brings so much joy and is what has inspired me to look into becoming a caregiver myself. I want to help others, too. I love people and have a compassionate heart.
