What drives me to be a care giver really is my will power and genuineness of love. I love getting the job done and making an impact on people's life so that it can leave a mark on them the good way so that the person can always view me or remember as a person of kindness, dignity and heart. People in need is the ones that really needs you the most and it takes the right type of person, like me, to come around and seek whats to be done and how the situation needs to be handled. Nice firm, secure and friendly way of doing it. I really enjoy leaving the facility or just leaving the elder with a nice smile on their face showing me that they know it's people that still cares and that's the most key thing in life is to be happy or show emotion in a good way.

It was an awesome pleasure to hear about their history and what they went through in all different aspects and how they overcame obstacles and what it take leaving in a different tine period. I was really amazed and love helping out the elderly.

I stay with my Residents until they terminate my employment. I am proud of being a caregiver because I know I make a difference in the lives of my Residents and I am grateful that most of my Residents that I have taken cared of, including their families, trusted me to be part of the last journey of their lives. My nationality is Filipino and we are known to be the best in caregiving, especially to the elderly.

I would go to their homes and prepare their food and take out the garbage and clean their homes in the summertime I found a lot of joy in helping them.
