I treat my clients like I would demand my mother be treated, i dont believe in calling my patients honey , sweetheart or darling ,it is Mr. Or Mrs. I became a CNA because of my mother in law , she was in the hospital and needed to be cleaned up and I could not find a nurse , so I did it myself,only to have a nurse walk in while I was cleaning her up and tell me that isn't not your job , and I politely said she needed some to do it and I couldn't find anyone so I did it myself. I treat people the way I would want my mother or granny to be treated with respect and dignity.
