What makes me a great caregiver ? I'm very compassionate and like helping the elderly and always have been a listener and talking to them getting to know thank and sometimes it's good to have one of two clients because you get to give that direct care. Then sometimes they don't have family or the family doesn't live close. So it's just the atmosphere sometimes. To me you must always have to be caring and definitely be on time to your shifts. I just love my career path.
