I starting working as a caregiver over 7 years ago, when my mother got ill. At that time I was a deer in headlights. Since then, I decided to pay it forward, and help ease the pain other families were going through. I've become close with the families that trusted me to care for their parents. Knowledge and Skill: I have the necessary knowledge and skill to provide high-quality care. This may include knowledge of medical conditions, medication management, and other specialized skills depending on the needs of the person they are caring for. Patience and Understanding: I have the patient and understanding, especially when caring for individuals who may have difficulty communicating their needs or who require more time and attention.
