Responsible for severely disabled children with Paralysis, Autism, Down's syndrome, Microcephaly, mental delays and Cerebral Palsy. Assist the RN with administering medication and tube feedings, activities of daily living, and the general daily assessment of their health and well being. Developed strong clinical skills by evaluating vital signs, pain levels, and changes in physical, emotional or mental condition. ADLs, monitored blood transfusions, performed glucose checks, bladder scans, lab samples and charting.
