One of the reasons that makes me who I am as a caregiver is the compassion that I have in my heart for my clients and their families. I am a person of integrity, honesty, dependability and concern. It's about giving of myself to my clients and having a sense of the quality of life concerning the lifestyle they have. When I come into their presence a smile comes on their face. I became a caregiver because of my mother's influence. Listening to her talk about her clients was interesting and heart warming and sometimes I felt sad and wanted to help, so I did!
