I became a caregiver because I have a desire to help seniors weather it be to stay in their homes and recover from an illness or because they just need help due to the aging process. I like getting to know them as person, their likes and dislikes so that I'm better able to help them in a way that they need it, and I feel a since of gratification when I help someone. My personal achievement is to serve God almighty in a way that he approves of, and not my own. I'm a wife and mother, I have 3 grown children, and I have been married for 21 years. I have been a caregiver for 7, I have meet the most interesting people doing this work, I have become attached to them like family. I truly like the work I do for them.
