1. I had a passion for helping people who need help and make them feel at ease. I also encourage them to help themselves to some extends, so they feel that they have dignities. 2. Being a caregiver is personal, it makes me feel happy and proud inside. it also fulfills myself, and that I believe I can make a difference in people's lives. 3. There are achievements chronologically starts from I got acceptance to basic nursing assistant program, passed the state-competency test, finished pre-requisite courses for nursing program, passed the TEASE test and interview for nursing program. I finally am a nursing student. 4. I am compassionate person. I have highly strong work ethics. I communicate and work well with people at all levels. Punctualness is one of my practices since I was young. Trustworthy, compassionate, detail oriented, outgoing, and energetic are essential for me. I am enthusiastic to learn new knowledge. The ability to work efficiently as a team is important for me. Self starter and strong independent worker, and adaptability to ever changing circumstances are significant.
