What makes me a good caregiver is I go above and beyond for my resident/patient.i became a cna because my grandfather passed away at a nursing home due to negligence.when my grandfather passed I said I will work in the medical field plus I have sick parents,if I was to walk in the nursing home etc I would be upset if my loved one wasn't being care for probably.
