I have worked as a caregiver for many years in Point Loma with adults and seniors with dementia, Alzheimer's and hospice . I have also worked as a Personal Chef for 16 years specializing in daily and weekly meal prep for all dietary needs in San Diego and Santa Barbara. I am a caretaker by nature. I am mature, reliable, caring, loving, gentle, patient, honest and trustworthy. I believe everyone should be treated with kindness, respect and patience. I also want to assure you that I take all the necessary precautions to keep your loved ones safe and happy during this time of Covid 19 and will go above and beyond for anything they may need or have concerns about. I have been on lockdown since March keeping healthy and strong. Having worked as a Personal Chef outside of caregiving, I will be to make your loved delicious healthy meals or anything they has a craving:) I have a clean background check available upon request and great references! I found out that I have that special touch so much needed when working with elderly. I treat them with respect. I know it must not be easy losing your independence and if at home, seeing "strangers" coming into your house and practically take control over your stuf. That's why I like asking them (when posible) how they like things being done in their house.
