*Assisted Medical Records Director with managing each resident’s medical record and ensuring accuracy and compliance with state, federal and corporate regulations. *Entered in physician orders for new rehab patients and new admissions for long term care residents. *Completed all necessary organizing of medical records and filed all medical records timely into charts. *Audited charts and all IDT documentation for regulation compliance. *Assisted with creating daily census reports and reports of all new physician orders for all department heads.
