The reason i became a care giver was because i enjoyed the smiles ivrecieve for helping others making sure they are happy isvmy goal. I love watching them smile and share there stories because no matter how small it is. If they want to say it ill listen. The most important thing im proud of is not money or best staff of the month... no what i enjoy is the light i see im my paitents eyes because then i truly know ive. Succeeded in my duty to care for them. Ive hd to take care of others since i was very young and ive volunteered often when my mom was still working in nursing homes so its always been around me and always what ive enjoyed the best.

    I help with the care of mentally and physically handicapped residents . My duty us the assit them with the help of toileting , guving showers , organizing their items and decluttering closets. While working at golden living i clean up any sills that may happen and strive to make the residents happy if that includes them asking for a shave or their nails cut i do it. I also help with food prep and setting up their meals so they can eat .i.e cutting their food, buttering toast, opening their silverware nakpin, feeding them.
