What makes me a great caregiver is exceeding the needs that they have. I love to go beyond for my patients. I am very caring, loving and compassionate to everyone I work with and for. I was attracted to being a caregiver because i thought it would be a great start to see how I would like being a nurse. It makes me want to complete my nursing degree even more! I love helping other and making people feel important. I am proud to say that all of my residents I've had, enjoyed having me work with them.
