I am able to adjust their approach to meet the changing needs of the person they are caring for. Good Communication: I communicates effectively and clearly with the person they are caring for, as well as with other caregivers, family members, and healthcare professionals. Knowledge and Skill: I have the necessary knowledge and skill to provide high-quality care. This may include knowledge of medical conditions, medication management, and other specialized skills depending on the needs of the person they are caring for. Patience and Understanding: I have the patient and understanding, especially when caring for individuals who may have difficulty communicating their needs or who require more time and attention. Calm, cool, and collected. I am a nursing assistant with mainly home healthcare experience. When it comes to caring for others I excel at maintaining and developing an atmosphere safe enough for clients at all times. I treat those in my care like family, while still maintaining professional conduct. I strive to build trusting & lasting connections. Being a nursing assistant has been amazing, but my goal is to complete my education as a physcian's assistant.
