Dear Family: Hello, my name is Lydia. I am a 45 year old female living in Holladay, Utah with PT availability (8-15/hrs wk) My background includes experience with PT home health care caring for both men & women who needed assistance after having a stroke. I enjoyed providing company, conversation, preparing meals, helping to run errands and administer medications along with creating a safe environment while lifting spirits! I made sure all in my care feel dignified & heard. I have also been a full time nanny caring for children from newborn to 13 years of age. I am incredibly compassionate , kind and thoughtful. Also creative! I love the one on one of this work. It's fun when I can give undivided attention. Whoever I care for becomes like family to me. I am familiar with working with sundown syndrome and near evening when I cared for a women who was confused as to where she lived, when she insisted I take her to her home, I would happily agree and we walked slowly around the block until returning to her house. Every time it did the trick and she recognized her home again! I am very intuitive to people's needs. Also musically inclined and open to providing music therapy! I look forward to meeting the next family I can assist with!
