What makes me a great caregiver? Patience is the most important thing a caregiver should have, those who provide home care to others need to be patient, have the compassion and ability to help others. When someone has compassion for another they have an understanding of what the person is going through. Why did you become a caregiver? Change diapers, dress children and assist them with their snacks, drinks and meals as needed.
