About Rayshon

What makes me a great caregiver is my ability to quickly learn the care needs of an individual. Assuring them that I will take care of all their needs in a timely manner without any reminders. Also I'm a very patience and loving person. I noticed I had this special gift of taking care of other when my grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Every weekend my sister and I helped take care of our very ill grandmother. I enjoyed helping my grandmother with all her needs because I knew I was giving her care that she wasn't able to give herself. My Grandmother was very relieved that she could depend on us to help her through the day. I was very proud that I was able to take away some of my grandmothers stress of being ill. The best part of being a caregiver is watching a individual gain some or most of their ability to perform their own ADL. Also giving a individual joy through my care. My most personal achievement that I'm proud of is to have worked in this field for ten years and still have the level of love, joy and patience I had when I first took care my Grandmother.
