What makes me a great caregiver? I care for others as if I am caring for family. No one ever expects to need help or to be unable to do so. Dignity should be protected at all times because we never know when we will need the help of others. I have always been a firm believer in "You get what you give." And I must say I have been blessed. I try to put as much positive energy out in the world so that it comes back full circle. Life is too short and should be filled with happiness. I wanted to work in the medical field for a long time. My interest sparked at an early age. I was the only child that actually enjoyed going the hospital. Growing up, my mother was often sick and I always wanted to help her feel better. So helping others can natural to me. Years later I went to Nursing school and found my niche. Caregiver is what I do best.
