I became a caregiver to my own parents when their health declined in later years. I am currently a part time caregiver to my mother in law. I do errands, cleaning, meals, laundry, and accompany to store and the doctor. I enjoy helping them keep their independence at home for a long as possible with a little help. I enjoy the relationships that develop from the visits and the love that is shared in their latter years. It's often not easy getting older and having health challenges. I like being there for activities and even necessary life skills they can no longer do so well , but can still enjoy with a little help.
