i was in elementary school when my grandmother was diagnosed with dementia that's what led me in to becoming a caregiver because i was caring for her for so long for me it was a responsibility but i also learned that there is a great joy in helping someone who can't fully care for themselves. the best part about being a caregiver is forming a bond with your client sometimes they become your family and you also learn a great deal 0f patience and understanding.. what helps me be a great caregiver is that I'm very patient and understanding of other people's situations i like to be happy and a good mood as much as i can.
