I'm a full-time student and part time care technician at Eskenazi hospital. I am patient, compassionate, dependable, and a good listener. I enjoy helping others and always try to make people feel comfortable and respected. I pay attention to details, communicate well, and stay calm in stressful situations. My experience caring for patients has also taught me how important kindness and empathy are. I have always enjoyed helping people, and I like knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's life. Being a caregiver allows me to support people when they need it most and help them stay as independent and comfortable as possible. The part I enjoy most is building relationships with the people I care for. I love seeing them smile, helping them reach their goals, and knowing I made their day a little easier. It is rewarding to know my care has a positive impact on someone's life. One personal achievement I am proud of is going back to school to continue my education while working in healthcare. Balancing work and school has been challenging, but it has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I am proud that I am working toward becoming a registered nurse while continuing to care for others.
