I Demonstrating empathy and compassion for the senior. Supporting the patient's family members that's what makes me A great caregiver. When I was young, my mother was sick, so it gave me great pleasure to care for her; later on in life, they wanted to put her in a nursing home, and I cared for her instead. My mom was the reason why I became a caregiver. I became a caregiver at an early age. I learned it gave me great pleasure to be able to care for someone else. I enjoy working with people in most want jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoy taking care of elderly family members, and I love to help others in this way. I love being able to put a smile on their face. My achievements I have achieved have to be becoming a mother. Being able to teach my kids love and compassion, empathy being A good person.

As i start my new job i would pay attention to my new colleagues. Do any stand out from the rest? What characteristics and caregiving qualities make you notice them?
