I have a lot of patience a lot of compassion now I'm very caring to my patience and I do whatever I can in whatever they whatever they need. I take as long as the patient needs to eat take a bath transfer and whatever the plan of Care. Because I just love taking care of them and I have a lot of things to teach us and stories that tell about their self when they were younger very interesting .When they were in the 30s 40s 50s and 60s. I could help someone else that's needed it just warms my soul and Heart. I had a patient hadn't get out of bed for one year. She had broken her hip and as soon as she had stopped getting her up after 2 weeks. When I took the job after three months she was walking again getting out of bed using the bathroom and eating at the table.
