My name is Danajah Morrison, I'm 24 years old. I have been doing caregiver/cna work since I've been about 17 years old. I first started taking care of my grandmother and I pretty much just stayed in the field of helping other elderly individuals reach their independency goals. Some expertise that make me a great caregiver is my patience. I'm very patient when it comes to dealing with elderly individuals. I'm also reliable, dependable, and a multitasker. I'm PRN at a nursing home. I've worked at alot of homes with having one on one with clients. I can manage to watch more than one client, though I prefer to have just one. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the internal feeling of making another human feel human again. I love to make others feel whole, especially the elderly because some come from rough background and no family. So as a cna, it's my job to make sure they have a shoulder to lean on and someone to talk to. A personal achievement I have reached this year is that I made a year at the nursing home I'm prn working at. I'm located in Thibodaux. And I'm interested to work in areas near me.
