Hi , my name is Deasia Bush and I got into being a caregiver at the age of 16 . My grandmother was a nurse and I would always go to work with her when I was younger . Seeing what she did everyday and much she loved her job really made me want to get into being a caregiver . When working with the residents I'm able to form a bond with them and being able to help someone is such a blessing and is something I take pride in . I love seeing the smiles and feeling the love from them . I feel like I'm a great assit to anything I do because I bring positive energy and an open mind . I'm very social and easy to work with . I love a challenge so I'm never afraid to step out of my comfort zone and I always treat everyone with dignity and respect. I expect that from everyone I work with .
