The reason I decided to go into care giving is because I love working with people and I've heard so much negativity about the nursing homes I wanted to do what I can to make sure the person I'm caring for is properly taken care for and they don't feel like their alone. All it takes is a hug and a little time out of your day talking with these amazing people. It's also amazing learning about them. Finding out the kind of work they did or just bonding with them and knowing you put a smile on their face and their family's face. It's very simple.
