I have the greatest respect for my elders. I believe just because they cannot do what they used to does not mean they still dont deserve another chance to have a normal life. I became a caregiver because of the great amount of empathy i have the for the elderly. I was employee of the month only three months after working in a nursing home because i go above and beyond for the residents. The bond i have with my patients are astonishing even to me. They become my family and i love them as if i were their child or grandchild.
