What makes me a great caregiver? My dedication to the adult/elderly population. I love helping the elderly do what they can often not do themselves, and also love helping them express themselves when they often do not have the resources or means to do so. I have worked with the adult/elderly mentally ill population for about a year now, and would love to continue to do so. Companionship can come in many forms- and would love to find the right fit for your family member/friend. Personal achievement I am most proud of... Graduating college. I will be graduating May 2019 from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelors of Science in Social Work, with a concentration in mental illness. I have always wanted to work with adults/elderly. BSU makes you do an internship every year; I did one at an elementary school, a nursing home, and my final one was at Family Services Association, working with adults with mental illness, and I quickly found out that it was my calling. While I am getting situated with my degree and a career, I would love to be a caregiver for the adult/elderly population in my spare time.
