I complete insurance prio -authorization for medication the provider prescribes. I help manage the providers scheduled by scheduling appointments. I also call to remind patients to complete labs and test prior to the follow up visit. I review after the visit summary and care plan at check out making sure they understand the care plan and answer any questions they may have.
