*My personality traits is I am very happy in what I do for a living so I am constantly smiling, great nurturing, I am very firm, loving, caring, absorbing, very diligent, and Self Sufficient. * One thing that attracted me to being a caregiver is I was a PCA to a young boy who had pass away. He inspired me to want to better my life and I found my passion. *The thing that I enjoy about being a caregiver is being able to make the family feel comfortable about leaving their love ones alone with me. Keeping the family at ease mentally. Also making the client feel like they are love and cared for at all times. *My personal achievement is getting my GED, CNA licences and being in college to become a nurse.

I have a friendly personality and, that might not be in general what makes me really great at everything I do but, it sure has a high standard that accompanies my level of skills. I don't remember ever failing to an assignment where I embrace "PATIENCE" to top my challenges. That's also one of my considering skill. I categorize myself to a needy position to what everyone is looking for to be happy with life and, it's "SATISFACTION". I always go hard as it requires to reach out satisfaction to all my clients. Because satisfaction plays a major role to success. Everything that brings success comes along with "God, FAILURE, PATIENCE, MOTIVATION, DETERMINATION, HARD WORKING, RESPECT and all that brings SATISFACTION then SUCCESS. What attracted me being a caregiver is the smile I empower to bring to both sides of my clients and their families. I feel a hero to be able to bring peace and joy to elders. Their happiness is what makes me happy. And that's what enjoys me most about being a caregiver. I'd lose count if I'd have to explain about personal achievements I'm proud of but, I'll go with a recent one. Not too long ago, I started a new case where like so many caregivers have tried to work the case out but, found themselves in bad positions to keep up with the assignment. The patient family even said that was their last tryout for their love one because the patient is TOTAL CARE and very demented. She fights a lot and the patient is very strong. Thx God with my skills, I'm the only caregiver that lasts longer with the patient and I'm still running her assignment. I know what song to play to make her take her meds. I know how to approach her to calm her down and make her listen to me and I know how patient that I gotta be to have her get in the shower for me. She's doing way better than before. It's all joy now in this family's house
