At Delta T we are taught to develop skills and abilities to carry out assigned duties by attending meetings, in-service training programs and other opportunities as scheduled. Being familiar with participant's dietary and physical restrictions and needs and implementing behavior management strategies when necessary, to ensure safe involvement in agency programs for people with disabilities. I have a strong care-giving background and have a number of professional experiences which I feel uniquely qualify me for this job. Along with my First Aid and CPR Certifications, and 2 years of extensive experience as a caregiver/Home Companionship, I am confident in my ability to become a key member of my job. My professional experience with different employers has provided me with a strong expertise in: Personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
