What helps me be a great caregiver is that I'm friendly. I am enthusiastic and passionate about my work. I am well organized. What's attracted me to be a caregiver was the fact I didn't get the chance to know/be around my grandparents growing up and I wanted to see what it felt like to at least get a feel of being in the older generation presence.
