Hello, I'm Lindsay! Over the past two years that I've been a caregiver, I've realized there's more to a home than just keeping tidy and a fulfilling a list of personal care needs. I understand from my own experience what an incredible difference physical activity can make to one's mental and physical well-being, so I always include walking in nature and yoga in my schedule.
