I do consider myself a good cook, and have worked in many commercial and church kitchens. I was caretaker to my twin sister, who had cancer. I helped with medicine reminders, bandage changes, and took her when she needed to go when she could not drive. Finally Hospice care took over. I was with her at Hospice, every day until she passed. I was injured in a motor cycle accident. It was a near death experience. It took a long time to recover, but with the help of my wife, where I experienced 1st rate care. I have now recovered . My wife was injured and had a broken pelvis. I took total responsibility for her care at home administering medicine, arranging for an air mattress bed and a trampoline, so she could get the rest she needed and could move about better in bed.
