I became a care giver because of my Grandmother because I felt it was my duty to care for her and I didn't know how to. The one thing I love about being a caregiver is making a big impact on the patient life especially when they have no hope and see great change is on the way. My most achievement that I am personally proud of is the confidence the patient gets when they see the results of their outcome for example if they had a hip fracture and they are gaining strength in movement because they utulize the restorative program and therapy to give the tools they need. I am outgoing and I am encourager and I believe everyone deserve a second chance in life no matter who it is. I respect differences and I would treat a patient how I would like my family member to be treated, if they had a caregiver taking care of them.
