 Manage and maintain executives’ schedules / support the Executive Director /CEO  Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software  Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution  Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email  File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports  Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals  Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries  Responsible for maintaining and updating the facility Licensure and Agreement manual.  Responsible for managing the Welcome Committee and creating Welcome Baskets  Send Thank you letters for all donations  Set up the room for all new Medicare residents and telephone service  Fill for Veteran Benefits for all the residents that a eligible , get all the paperwork together  Responsible for ordering all departmental office supplies while staying within the budgetary constraints.  Responsible for ordering, stocking and the overall organization of the Gift Shop while strictly adhering to the monthly budgetary.  Responsible for ordering flowers for the Sunday services and for passed residents. 
