What's makes me a great caregiver is : I love and adore my job and It was passed down to me to care for others. I have always had a passion for it and when I became old enough to get in the field it became a talent. When I get a patient I do a service plan on each patient targeting the DO's and DONT'S and medical history and disabilities, meds and a lot more. I tend to each and everyone of my patients like I would do a love one and creates a relationship with them. I love to make my patients smile and happy in there time of need and cater to there every want and need accordingly. I currently am working with individuals with Developmental disabilities. I have my CMT certification which is to administer meds but more so me to make sure they are taking meds on time and correct dosages
