I first got into senior caregiving shortly after I gave birth to my son, taking care of my newborn baby just sparked something in me. I became more delicate and particular about everything around me. I also used to work with caring for small children, so I always enjoyed the act of caring for other individuals.. but I thought senior care giving was step up from children's day care. I enjoy the connections/relationships that come with caregiving, I take care of residents like I would take care of my family because that's how I view them.
