I am a certified caregiver. CPR certified, FIRST AID CERTIFIED, COVID-19 VACCINATED. I do assisted living and home health care. I can work under doctors orders or family's. Also enjoy being a Companion, enjoy cooking and all meal preparations, do medication reminders and can administer meds. Will crush meds or liquify them for a more comfortable intake for the client. I like to start the day with checking temp, blood pressure and oxygen level. All meals will be prepared and snacks given. Fluids is a very important part of the day. I like to keep track of fluid intake. I also have worked in a nursing home and as a dietary aide in the settling. So I cook good nutritional healthy meals. Sodium diets and diabetic diets. I enjoy working with the elderly, it gives me great joy to serve and work for people that need the help and assistance. I am a very nice caring and easy going dedicated puntual individual. I give my all. I am very very caring and understanding individual that respects everyone and the dignity of my clients. I love taking care of the elderly like if they were one of my very own family members. I am easy going and very friendly. I love seeing them happy,laughing, smiling and I enjoy seeing my clients eating healthy. Put so much love and effort in everything I do. I try to be the best I can be. What attracted me to caregiving is that the elderly need us and rely on us when the family can't do it anymore due to there family and work. So we become there helpers and like there family. Give them comfort to know someone can be there 24/7 with them. I am proud of what I have decide to do as my career. Makes me happy to serve and take care of the elderly.

I have always been more mature for my age. I grew up as an only child, only hanging around adults. I have always had a caring personality and when I was 18 after I graduated high school I started working as a CNA at an adult day care, caring for geriatrics with dementia. I fell in love with them. They may not be able to remember your name or their own name but they can tell you stories about their childhood that bring warmth to your heart. I am very good at caring for geriatrics, making them feel comfortable in embarrassing situations for them (bathing, changing soiled linen) because they still deserve dignity and respect which I make sure they know they have the upmost respect. Some geriatric patients have a hard time with caregiving because they have literally give up every ounce of independence they used to have which is hard to cope with. My personality is very smiley and happy around geriatrics which makes them feel better. I also have a very loud voice which is an advantage with geriatrics since most are hard of hearing, they can hear me because I tend to speak loudly. I am an RN however I love being a caregiver too. I am very good at caring for people, making them feel comfortable, I am very easy to talk to and educating on medical information also.
