My experience includes, but is not limited to, patients with special need but other forms of dementia, Parkenson's Disease, and other needs. I am looking for a position in Frederick, Urbana and Germantown. I have 10 years of experience working with the elderly in their homes. Dressing and undressing ? Toileting activities ? Meals and feeding ? Recording of vital signs ? Walking and physical therapy related needs ? Taking and monitoring medications ? Light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking, etc. ? Developing a health care plan with family and medical professionals ?
