PLEASE READ AND LOOK AT MY PROFILE FIRST!!! I have been a private in home caregiver for over 20 years. I became a caregiver because people get so overwhelmed taking care of loved ones and that is where I come in. I love the interaction, the closeness and the level of respect I can give as an outsider. I have plenty of references just ask! I am skilled with Medicare and all insurance and DME companies to get supplies so patients don't have to pay out of pocket. I also am capable of getting everything my patients need to stay home. I work very closely with doctors and agencies to get care that is needed. My patients become family and I take care of them as such. I have worked with loved ones that have Alzheimer's, Dementia, ALS, and everything in between. I am very good at my job and I do very much take a lot of stress off the family members. I know that my hourly rate looks high but once taxes are taken and the price of gas for travel, it really averages out and you would pay a service the same thing and not get the same care at all! I am very good at my job and care deeply for the people I take care and treat them as I would my own. I not only can do the health aspect part of the job but I will also help cooking and cleaning. I can take you where you need to go or just run errands for you. My references will tell you that if you just contact me. You may call or text me anytime. 301-992-0370 Thank you so much for looking! Have a blessed day! God is Good All The Time!! I have been responding to messages but I am not sure people are getting them. If you are not, please call me!!!
Ive found at a very young age my calling in life, to make the best positive impact on the most possible people. Being of service to others, enhancing their lives and giving peace of mind to my patients and their families is an amazing reward. I care for my patients as I would for my own family and I believe my work shows it. I am a very patient, reliable, compassionate and caring person with a great sense of humor. Love to see my patients grow, overcome personal obstacles and achieve their highest potential. I have a background in psychology, child development and geriatrics. I have ten years of experience caring for special needs, elderly and disabled people. Ive worked in assisted living facilities, nursing homes and private care. Have experience with everything ranging from running errands and providing companionship to assisting stroke and fallen patients with recovery. Having a psychology background has allowed me to provide extensive care to patients diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer's, autism and Parkinson's, speech and motor delay. I have plenty of references. Please dont hesitate to ask for more information.
I am an honest, reliable, respectable nursing student trying to use my certified nursing assistant skills to improve the lives of those around me. A person's quality of life is important to improve or maintain, as this serves as the basis for their mental health. I strive to provide proper care and provide emotional support to each and every individual that I encounter. I am familiar with the nursing environment as I was a C.N.A. for over a year on the Palliative/Renal/Oncology unit at Meritus Medical Center. I have knowledge and experience with caring for those with Parkinsons, ALS, Alzheimers/dementia, depression, substance use disorders, mobility limitations and paralysis, post-surgical needs, disorders of varying systems, and much more. Not only do I have knowledge and experience from being a C.N.A., I am also a junior in the Shepherd University Nursing program. I will graduate in May 2020 with my B.S.N. Although I cannot complete the actions of a nurse without the supervision of my instructor, I have the knowledge base to improve patient care further and to ensure tasks are being completed properly. Home health is my ultimate goal upon graduating nursing school so I know that I will do a phenomenal job caring for your individual. I truly enjoy the connection and satisfaction that comes with caring for those who need it. The money that is received is just a bonus to the job. Let me help reduce your caregiver strain today, I promise that you will not be disappointed. -I have a vehicle. Contact me today!
I believe I am a great caregiver because I genuinely enjoy helping people, it is very rewarding for me. I became a CNA in 1996, while working at a large nursing home/retirement center, in the hospitality field, because I really enjoyed working with the elderly making their lives a little brighter. I continued to work there for seven years, I also worked in assisted living for ten years, then private duty care which I also enjoy. I am a mature, caring, compassionate person, who will care for your loved one with respect and dignity. My greatest personal achievement was graduating from Kaplan University while working full-time.
I have been doing in-home care for 8 years. I love it. I love being able to help the elderly and allowing them to trust me in assisting them with daily living. I have done private duty cases and in home care for agencies. I have excellent references. I am a CNA/GNA and a Med Tech. I am CPR and first aid certified. I have experience with all aspects of the elderly and have also have hospice cases and disabled individuals. We can discuss this experiences further into detail.
I'm a very bubbly and friendly person. I got into healthcare mainly because of my grandmother. I took care of her when she was diagnosed of stage 4 pancreatic cancer and helped her with her daily activities until she passed away. I also worked at fairfax hospital and worked with a broad spectrum of patients from the cardiac unit to the ICU. Currently finishing my final semester of nursing school, I believe I'm well equipped to provide the needed care you and/or your loved one might need.

One important attribute that crown my personality is compassion and Respect . I am a certified Nursing Assistant /Geriatric Nursibg Assistant in Maryland.
Mom CAREGIVER I am a senior caregiver with a passion for taking care of people. With over 20 years experience taking care of seniors, and well as younger clients, this has become se one nature to me. A Senior myself, I understand the needs of my clients... and I am able to adapt and empathize with them on a more personal level. This has been engrained in me following my earlier experiences taking care of my dad, mother, and grandmother. A former business owner myself, I am able to see and perform my duties with an understanding of the expectations required from my employer making me doubly efficient in performing my duties...including my passion for maintaining a very clean and blissful living atmosphere conducive for client's needs and welfare. I have international work experience from working in England as well.
Hello, I am Brittany, and I have been doing caregiving for over 5 years now. I am passionate about my work, hardworking, and always ensuring I am going above and beyond to make my clients happy and comfortable. I am CPR certified, I also have my PCT(patient care tech certification)... which I obtained in high school by doing clinical in both a hospital and nursing home setting. I am experienced with the care I provide, and I am always upbeat and excited to get the job done in the best way possible. The best part about a job like caregiving is the impact I make on the clients life... not only in a professional way, but also growing a friendship along the way with them. To me, that is what makes being a caregiver 110% worth it.
