My name is Stephanie Nweke. I am 22 years old and currently studying at Prince George's Community College. As a caregiver, my strongest traits are empathy, patience, and excellent communication. These qualities enable me to understand my clients' needs, offer emotional support, and build trusting relationships. I was attracted to caregiving because I witnessed firsthand how compassionate care can transform someone's well-being. The opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's daily lives motivates me deeply. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is forming meaningful connections and seeing the positive changes my support brings to individuals and families. A personal achievement I am proud of is successfully managing my academic responsibilities while providing care to others.
