I am faustina Sam 30 years of age from Ghana . I currently live in glen burnie, I live a diligent life style with no bad records and do not smoke or drink alcohol. I have a total of three years experience with patients care. I believe I a fit for this job because I have the necessary experience to care for the elderly. I have worked at the teaching hospital bed of 250 in Africa- Ghana. I have the opportunity to care for different patients with different disease. In the United states I also worked with accessible home health and with different patients including stroke. I also assisted patients with their household task, doctors appointments arrrans, medications and activities of daily living including cooking, feeding and bathing. I also acquired the skills to follow safety precautions to prevent falls and accidents.

I am a caregiver with more than 18 years of experience with seniors and people with special needs. I provide safe, respectful, loving, skilled care towards every one of my patients. I will deliver peace of mind to family members by keeping their loved ones safe while also protecting their independence and preserving their dignity. I give detailed information and pay close attention to my clients and to the families' needs. I have taken care of many people from family members, friends, and clients in facilities to group home members and privately cared for patients. Whatever the needs may be, I strive to go above and beyond my call of duty. I have CPR/First Aid certification, Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Nurses Aide (CNA), Certified Medical Aide (CMA), am a residential counselor, provide individual service/support plans, behavior plans, & have experience with dysphasia, Alzheimer's & Dementia and much more.
