Hello! My name is Mrs. Brown, I am the owner/operator of Heaven on Earth Home Healthcare. I created this agency to shed light and to make a difference within the in-home healthcare industry. I dedicate this agency to my late grandmother Eva Q Smith whom I took great care of until her passing. While caring for her and many others I realized how so many unfortunately take advantage of the most vulnerable. That's when I decided "enough was enough" and it was time for me to make a positive mark within the healthcare field. A caregiver has to have genuine love and compassion along with patience and kindness. All of the agency caregivers go through an extensive background check which requires a federal finger printing background along with a driving record and reference check. All caregivers are CPR/ First Aid certified and 85% are trained and well versed on Alzheimer's and Dementia. Not only does the agency conduct extensive checks, I also created a virtual check-in system where the agency and the client create an end of day personalized checklist. My assistant or I will conduct a virtual check-in laying eyes on both client and caregiver while going over the list created at least 30 minutes before every shift ends. Heaven on Earth has unbeatable care rates, starting at 27.00 dollars per hour. We do require at least four hours of care per shift but there is not a minimum on the number of days per week scheduled. All of our companion care plans include errand running, grooming, light housekeeping as well as light meal preparation. Here at Heaven on Earth Homecare we believe in serving first!
