What makes me a great caregiver ? I prioritize the patients needs. It is important that the patient always comes first. The most important trait of a caregiver is compassion. Our objective is to care for our residents to the fullest and make the process an enjoyable experience. I'm attracted to being a caregiver, because I'm passionate about the health care field. As a care giver, I'm proud that my efforts can make somebody's day easier ; whether it's helping someone to the bathroom, feeding or with a shower.
