I am a low fat raw vegan ultrarunner who enjoys running hundred mile races in beautiful remote places. I am compassionate, down to earth, positive and thankful. I so enjoy helping peopIe one on one to meet their daily and lifetime goals. I also love animals and am happy to care for them as well. I am passionate about diet and exercise, natural cleaning methods, health education, etc., but am not pushy at all and respect everyone's choices and meet people at their comfort level. I managed to get my last client off of four of her medications and helped her loose 25 lbs of unwanted weight with diet and exercise. I love learning new things, pay close attention to detail, and am open minded. The other lady I cared for had a very particular way of having me move her to and from wheel chair and in aiding in dressing. She said I did the best of any caregiver she ever had in helping her move about without causing her pain or anxiety. I became very close to her and she was like family. It is very rewarding to help people and am honored to be considered.

Hello! I have been a caregiver for a little over a year now, working in a facility and in-home care.
